The temperature and salinity data were collected by unpumped CTD (Seabird), the dissolved oxygen data by an Aanderaa optode, and the optical backscatter data by an ECO puck (WetLABS). The collection dates were between May 10-August 20, 2016. The data are gridded at 5 meter resolution in depth. This dataset is available to the public for a wide variety of uses including scientific research and analysis.
