After a filing is approved or completed, records of the filing will appear on this dataset.\n\nEach City agency seeking to enter into a contract that has a total anticipated or actual value of $100,000 or more must file form 126f2 with the Ethics Commission within 30 days of the submission of a proposal.\n\nEach City elective officer who approves a contract that has a total anticipated or actual value of $100,000 or more must file form 126f4 with the Ethics Commission within five business days of approval by: (a) the City elective officer, (b) any board on which the City elective officer serves, or (c) the board of any state agency on which an appointee of the City elective officer serves. \n\n<strong>C. UPDATE PROCESS</strong>\nThe data is automatically extracted from ServiceNow on a nightly schedule.\n\n<strong>D.
