Bedload-sampler tests were conceived, organized, and led by the former U.S. Geological Survey Office of Surface Water and were part of a broader suite of experiments performed in the rectangular, concrete-lined, sediment-recirculating Main Channel Facility (\u201cmain channel flume\u201d) at the University of Minnesota St. Anthony Falls Laboratory.
