A bus is considered on time if it is no more than one minute early or five minutes late to a timepoint.\r\n\r\nPort Authority has an OTP goal of 73% for bus and 80% for rail service.\r\n\r\nStarting in October 2018, Port Authority moved to a different OTP recording system called Clever.  OTP data from the Clever system is more accurate because it uses more timepoints; the previous system excluded a large portion of data from OTP processing due to minor technical issues with rider counts on certain trips.\r\n\r\nThe Mon Incline is not included in this dataset because it does not have a schedule. Service runs every 15 minutes. \r\n\r\nOTP only goes back as far as November 2018 for the \"T\" light rail line because the railcars did not have Automated Vehicle Locators installed until then.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "downloadURL": "https://data.wprdc.org/datastore/dump/00eb9600-69b5-4f11-b20a-8c8ddd8cfe7a", "format": "CSV", "mediaType": "text/csv", "title": "Monthly OTP by Route"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "downloadURL": "https://data.wprdc.org/dataset/b8b5fee7-2281-4426-a68e-2e05c6dec365/resource/999ab5cc-1381-41ec-8d8e-163dfc18ed60/download/routemonthlyotp-data-dictionary.csv", "format": "CSV", "mediaType": "text/csv", "title": "OTP Data Dictionary"}], "identifier": "b8b5fee7-2281-4426-a68e-2e05c6dec365", "keyword": ["OTP", "_etl", "bus", "calls for service", "on time performance", "performance", "rail", "reliability", "transit"], "modified": "2023-05-09T07:38:53.579495", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "Pittsburgh Regional Transit"}, "title": "Port Authority Monthly On Time Performance by Route"}
