Water elevation was monitored every second to detect changes indicative of boat wakes expected to resuspend bed sediment from nearby alcoves. Boat wake detection triggered the collection of 1-second interval water elevation and 1-minute interval turbidity data. In addition to continuous data, grab samples for fecal indicator bacteria (Enterococci) and total suspended solids were collected weekly from - March to September, 2021.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.623ddb2ed34e915b67d6ae04.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P9MEHM63", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_623ddb2ed34e915b67d6ae04", "keyword": ["New York City", "water quality", "surface-water level", "bacteria", "water temperature", "New York County", "hydrology", "salinity", "Bronx County", "USGS:623ddb2ed34e915b67d6ae04"], "modified": "2023-12-11T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-73.93681, 40.81856, -73.91586, 40.85902", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Continuous water quality, suspended solids, and Enterococci data from the Harlem River, Bronx, New York, Jan 2021- Sept 2021: US Geological Survey data release"}
