Final Technical Report - Public.pdf
The purpose of this report is to provide a public summary of the technical accomplishments achieved as a result of Project efforts. There were two primary efforts within the Project. The first was a transformation of the WEC hull architecture, beginning with a concept and ending with a final design with structural drawings. The second effort was a laboratory test-supported investigation into a mixed materials concept aimed at further optimization of the hull structure
