    STEREO-B In-Situ Measurements of Particles and CME Transients (IMPACT) High Energy Telescopes (HET) Level 1 1-minute data include electron fluxes in (cm^2 s sr MeV)^-1 measured in 3 energy ranges (0.7-1.4, 1.4-2.8 and 2.8-4.0 MeV) and proton fluxes in (cm^2 s sr MeV)^-1 measured in 11 energy ranges (13.6-15.0, 14.9-16.9, 16.9-19.0, 20.6-23.8, 23.7-26.5, 26.3-29.8, 29.8-33.7, 33.6-36.1, 35.6-40.5, 40-60, and 60-100 MeV).
