    This dataset provides winter road conditions for Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Conditions are updated every 10 minutes during the winter season (October 15 to April 15) and on an as-needed basis during the non-winter months.
