    This ASCII data set contains 30-min count rates for \n21 "pulse-counting" channels from a Cerenkov counter (which measures,\nvia 3 discrimination levels, electrons >6 MeV plus nuclei >480 MeV/n,\nelectrons >9 MeV plus nuclei >550 MeV/n, and electrons >13 MeV plus \nnuclei >650 MeV/n), an electron scatter detector (nuclei >80 MeV/n\nand electrons >0.16, >0.255, >0.46 MeV), and a minimizing ionizing \nparticle counter (nuclei >80 MeV and electrons >35 MeV. The data set \nalso contains 30-min averaged currents from the Cerenkov counter and \ntwo scintillators, spacecraft position and attitude data, and various \nother statistical and housekeeping data. The electrometer-based currents \ndata are not reliable. The data are all for mission cruise phases and \nnot planetary encounters.
