    The Office of Performance Improvement strives to provide Metro Government and its partners with customized improvement support to create a world-class city.

    Data Dictionary: DEPT - The name of the department where the OSHA incident occurred
    BIWEEKLY_PAY_PERIOD_END_DATE - The end date for the pay period when the OSHA incident occurred
    LTI - YES if the OSHA incident lead to missed days or NO if not
    DART - YES if the OSHA incident lead to missed days or restricted work time or NO if not
    DESCRIPTION - The type of OSHA incident that occurred
    Number_Of_Incidents - The number of OSHA incidents that occurred for the given department and pay period
    HOURS_YOY - The total number of hours that were worked during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date
    LTI_YOY - The total number of OSHA incidents which lead to missed days that occurred during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date
    DART_YOY - The total number of OSHA incidents which lead to missed days or restricted work time that occurred during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date
    OSHA_YOY - The total number of OSHA incidents that occurred during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date
    LTI_Rate - The total number of OSHA incidents which lead to missed days that occurred during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date (DEPT_LTI_YOY) times 200,000 divided by the total number of hours that were worked during the last 26 pay periods for the given department and pay period end date (DEPT_HOURS_YOY) (Formula provided by OSHA - Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
