In this paper we discuss: (1) The methodology used to analyze land access barriers, including analyzing land access as an "attribute" to geothermal development (2) The sub-attributes that make up the land access attribute and a description of the barriers caused by each sub-attribute for geothermal development (3) The influence that land access barriers have on the supply curve and potential deployment of identified and undiscovered geothermal resources (4) Potential improvement scenarios to overcome land access barriers that may prevent geothermal development.
