Pursuant to C.G.S. section 4-71b, the Office of Policy and Management annually posts estimated grant amounts for certain ongoing grant programs under which the State of Connecticut’s payments to municipalities are determined by statutory formulas or payment lists.

This dataset contains estimated grant payments for fiscal year 2025 and projected grant payments for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 under current enacted law. Audit adjustments, timing of payments, application of statutory penalties, revised grant calculations, or the receipt of more current data can materially impact actual payments. In particular, many values shown for FY 2027 are based on current data and will be updated once new data becomes available.

This dataset does not include payments to municipalities from Federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The current table of ARPA allocations can be found in Public Act 24-81, which includes amendments made to prior versions of the allocation table in PA 21-2, JSS, PA 22-118, PA 22-146, and PA 23-204.

October 2025 update: Values for Tiered PILOT in FY 2026 and FY 2027 have been updated with more accurate information. Estimates for all other grant programs remain unchanged from prior publication.
