Effects of Wildfire Exposures on Extracellular Vesicle Proteomics

This dataset provides information on the viability of organotypic approaches in evaluating extracellular vesicles (EVs) to investigate exposure-induced biomarkers and underlying mechanisms. Data include assessments of cell viability, cell permeability, EV imaging, EV count, EV size, and EV proteomics in the H441/IMR90 co culture model exposed to wildfire smoke condensates. All the column headings and other relevant definitions and information are included in the data sets, and match the relevant data in the study that will be published.
