    This data set represents I-551 card lookout data provided to the CBP's TECS system as an outgoing system interface, with the interface data sourced from the CIS database. After I-551 lookouts are created in TECS, TECS sends I-551 card lookout data as a incoming system interface and persisted in the CIS2 database. Historical I-551 lookout data migrated from CIS mainframe to CIS2 on 12/16/2018 is also available in the CIS2 database.
